I will make it short by putting the points in bullets.
- First, I started by stopping my addictions, Deleted my game and insta account.
- Second, fight my addictions. My main addiction include, overthinking, porn and short attention span. Predominantly, these are bad habits that I sowed years ago and now I am getting returns in form of unhappiness, procrastination and suicidal thoughts
- Third, Form a system. The idle mind is a devil's workshop. Always keep doing something or the other until you fixate yourself on one thing.
